My life is a distraction?

mental health Jul 16, 2020

Yesterday I unsubbed from almost all of my newsletters after spending a week on a road trip.

Today, I'm seeing that I'm always doing things throughout my day to sap my energy so I have nothing left over for a side hustle. The newsletters were just the tip of the iceberg.

I clog my day with hundreds of small distractions that keep me in a constant state of low-grade stress and fragmentation. A constant mini fight-or-flight. Endless drain. Unrelenting unrest.

I don't do this consciously. I can't even help it.
