I've been so happy here in Austin!

I think it's because my routine and lifestyle here kicks ass.

My six daily joy triggers:

  • ☀️ sunshine
  • 🥬 healthy diet
  • 🧑🏼‍🤝‍🧑🏻 my people (friendly, high intelligence, high integrity)
  • 💪 exercise
  • 🌳 nature
  • 🌙 sleep environment (70 degrees, quiet, dark)
