Coronavirus, Seattle, Running

daily journal Mar 3, 2020

Dude, being in Seattle right now is kind of post apocalyptic.

Everyone is working from home, some of the schools are closed... I went to the grocery store in the middle of the day yesterday to stock up and even during work hours, the place was slammed. Rice, beans, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, all sold out everywhere.

It feels a bit surreal, and it's definitely been stressful. I didn't sleep well last night, and it was kind of affecting me today.

So I went for a run. Just a simple, 30 minute run through the neighborhood.

And the rest of my day has been back to good again.
