My June mantra is rest.
My sleep schedule has been a mess for as long as I can remember. I've never been able to fall asleep quickly, I don't sleep well throughout the night, and I can't seem to wake up early no matter how hard I try. This month is a first step in attempting to fix that.
Implement a bedtime routine
- 8:00-8:30: log my daily to-dos, positive affirmations, scroll Instagram 😂, write in my journal
- 8:30: computer off
- 8:30-9:00: shower, brush teeth, ready for bed
- 9:00-9:30: meditation
Increase my meditation to 15 minutes a day each day this month
I was at 5-10 minutes last month.
No food after 7:30pm
- When food is consumed at later hours of the day, your body can't process it as well and it's not good for sleep, either.
I'm also going to take a week off from creating from June 18th-June 25th.
